When and where is the event taking place?
Saturday night July 18, 2026, at the Niagara Frontier Food Terminal.
What time do doors open, and how long does the event run?
VIP Hour: 6:30 p.m. – 8:00 p.m.
General Admission: 8:00 p.m. – 1:00 a.m.
Is the event indoors or outdoors?
The event takes place both indoors and outdoors. The majority of installations and activities are covered.
Will the event be held rain or shine?
Yes, the event will take place regardless of weather conditions.
Is this event all ages?
No. Attendees must be at least 18 years old. A valid government-issued photo ID is required for entry.
Will food be available for purchase?
Yes. A variety of local food trucks will be on-site, and food will also be available from The Nickel Plate eatery.
Will alcohol be served?
Yes. A wide selection of alcoholic beverages will be available for purchase to attendees 21 and up with a valid government-issued ID.
Will there be non-alcoholic beverages available?
Yes, water and a variety of soft drinks will be available.
Will tickets be available at the door on the day of the event?
Yes. General Admission tickets will be available at the door for $50 per person. However, VIP tickets are limited and must be purchased online prior to the event.
Are tickets refundable?
No, tickets are non-refundable.
What do I need to bring for entry?
A valid government-issued photo ID showing your birth date.
Your digital ticket ready to be scanned at check-in.
Is re-entry permitted if I leave the venue?
No, re-entry is not permitted.
What items are prohibited inside the venue?
To ensure the safety of our guests, artists, and staff, the following items are strictly prohibited at the event:
Outside Food & Beverages: No outside food, alcohol, or non-alcoholic drinks are permitted (with the exception of necessary medical supplies).
Weapons of Any Kind: Firearms, knives, pepper spray, pocket knives, or sharp objects.
Large Bags & Backpacks: Only small clutches, purses, and clear bags are highly encouraged. All bags are subject to search at entry.
Pets or Animals: Only fully trained service animals are permitted.
Professional Video/Audio Recording Equipment: No detachable lenses, tripods, or commercial recording gear without prior press credentials.
Freworks, laser pointers, aerosol cans, or spray paint.
Please note that our event security reserves the right to refuse entry for any item deemed unsafe or disruptive to the immersive experience.
Will this be a cash-only event or are credit cards accepted?
All event beverages must be purchased using drink tickets. These tickets can be purchased at designated stations at the venue using cash only.
Credit cards will be accepted by food trucks and vendors at most locations for the purchase of food and other merchandise.
Will there be an ATM available on site?
Yes, an ATM will be available on-site.
Can I bring outside food or beverages to the event?
No outside food or drinks are permitted.
Is there a coat check or bag storage available?
No, we do not have a coat check or storage on-site. Please plan to carry any personal items you bring with you.
What is your bag policy?
To ensure everyone’s safety, all bags are subject to search at entry. Small bags, clutches, and clear bags are highly encouraged. Please avoid bringing large backpacks.
Is photography permitted?
Amateur photography is welcome. Professional photography and filming are prohibited without prior written approval from the event organizers.
Where should I park and is there a charge?
Free event parking is available on the premises until the lot is full.
What is the dress code?
There is no official dress code, but creative and avant-garde outfits are highly encouraged!
Will restrooms be available on site during the event?
Yes, both outdoor portable restrooms and a limited number of indoor restrooms will be available.
Is the venue accessible for individuals with mobility challenges?
We want everyone to experience event safely and comfortably. While the main event areas are ground-level and wheelchair accessible, please note that several installations can only be accessed via stairways.

What security measures will be in place for the event?
The event will be staffed by professional security, and all bags will be checked at the entrance.
Where do I go if I need medical assistance or first aid?
Licensed EMTs will be stationed on-site for the duration of the event.
Will there be flashing lights, loud sounds, or other intense sensory elements?
Yes. Artists & Models: Labyrinth is an immersive, multimedia experience featuring site-specific installations and live performances. You can expect areas with high-volume sound, deep bass, dramatic lighting, and potential flashing or strobe effects.
Are pets or animals allowed at the event?
No. For the safety of our guests and the protection of the artwork, pets and emotional support animals are not permitted inside the venue.
Service Animals: Fully trained service animals (as defined by the ADA) are welcome.
Please note that service animals must remain on a leash or harness and under the owner’s control at all times. Because the event features loud audio and intense lighting, please plan accordingly for your animal’s comfort.
